Class includes: Session 1: Night Velvet Shiitake.
Presentation on the basics of mycology and explanation of mycorrhizal networks. Each participant will receive a printed handout that includes summaries of the presentation and aftercare for their log. After the education section, we will serve a farm fresh lunch that has been grown and cooked by Olen + Brit. Then students will go through each step of the inoculation process after their meal. At the end of each session, students will leave with a log to take home.
